Refund policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at helplscollectionz with your order number and reason for return.Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
